Easy Riders is my mixed adult social cycling group for new or returning cyclists.
It works as a follow-on riding group after taking my Essential Cycling Skills course – offering a friendly, relaxed and supportive outing with the option of further riding and mechanical skills development.
Group size is purposely kept small and friendly with a maximum of 6 easy riders.
As a qualified Cycle Mechanic, Cycle Ride Leader, Cycle Trainer & Outdoor 1st Aider – you can relax in the knowledge that you’ll be in safe and informative hands.

Our rides are relaxed, friendly and very supportive. Our maximum speed is slow-mph, we always wait for the last rider, help with punctures, mechanical issues, riding skill development and we encourage pushing our bikes up hills. Actually, we avoid hills at almost any cost.
There’s usually a cafe stop half way for refreshments and a blether.
- Discovery Rides of 5 to 10 miles – along the canals, trails and park paths
- Progression Rides of 10, 20 or 30+ miles
- Pedal for Scotland Team.
